The client decided to relocate from serviced offices into its own branded environment. The chosen location was a space previously used for storage with out-of-date decor, no lighting, and tired walls and floors.
We had to take a large, empty office room and turn it into a smart, modern, functional office space.
From the blank canvas we had to work with, we needed to provide a combination of suitably furnished open-plan regions with separate offices and meeting rooms to suit the client’s needs.
We provided everything, from the design to the construction and fit-out. Despite Covid restrictions and delays caused by the client’s landlord, Optrys managed every aspect of the project from start to finish with no delays. We also finished within a week of the original target.
We ensured that our communication throughout was superb, and kept the client informed throughout the entire process. Any cost fluctuations were immediately communicated.
