Once appointed as your contractor, Optrys can oversee the refurbishment or fit out process, bringing an impartial, independent, and transparent view to proceedings. On top of this, our specialist team are always available in the case that you need to talk through ideas, or you have any questions that need addressing.
Our duties and responsibilities as your appointed contractor for the commercial interior design and contracting works for the project are plentiful. At the centre of all our projects is the need manage the Health and Safety requirements to minimise the risks to the client and Optrys.
Our project manager will provide a clear understanding of when the works will take place in the form of a Gantt chart, a great visual way to understand when things will happen and to minimise the disruption to the client business.
