Office refurbishment and fit-out services
Interior Design
Our core service is commercial interior and architectural design. Our aim is to help you visualise and understand the potential for your space – what it could look like and what it could enable you to achieve.
Our designers go over your brief in detail and survey your premises. We then produce initial plans, visuals and mood boards, taking into account your company’s need for flexibility, functionality and durability. We’ll also provide recommendations on furniture, fixtures, fittings and finishes.
CAD and construction drawings are produced for approval as well as 3D and ‘fly-through’ visuals of high-profile areas. We ‘value-engineer’ the final specification to ensure cost-effectiveness and buildability against agreed quality standards. All proposals are fully compliant with current building, planning and disability legislation and energy efficiency directives.
Project Management
We work incredibly close with all our clients to manage all aspects of the interior design project to ensure peace of mind. We oversee each element from planning and design through to creation and delivery.
From initial feasibility through to the preparation and execution of a robust tender process, our experienced team is available to take the strain and manage this detailed process on your behalf. Our expertise ensures that no detail is overlooked, and any anomalies are dealt with in an efficient and effective way in order for the project to remain on time and within budget.
Once appointed as your contractor, Optrys is able to supervise the construction process, bringing impartiality, independence and transparency to each project. What’s more, we’re always available for you to run through any ideas and to answer any questions you may have at any time.
Fit Out, Refurbishment & Relocation

The experienced project managers, designers, surveyors and construction experts at Optrys work with a team of trusted, tried and tested suppliers to ensure there’s minimal disruption to your business during any fit-out, refurbishment or relocation work.
We can help you no matter the scope of your commercial design needs, including the relocation of your business, whereby we can assist with the physical move, IT decommissioning and recommissioning, along with the relocation of existing furniture etc. We will ensure that everything is installed and working correctly to ensure a smooth transition for your staff with minimal disruption to your business.
Furniture Procurement
We are independent furniture procurement specialists. We work with clients to design, specify and source all furniture solutions, from break out pods and partitions to office chairs and equipment – the list goes on.
We understand that the co-ordination of finishes and materials is crucial. We have a keen eye for detail and make appropriate suggestions based on our experience, which are appropriate to the client budget. We bypass re-sellers and third-party representatives to procure directly from our chosen manufacturers to ensure value and transparency for our clients. Dealing directly with select manufacturers has allowed us to build up strong, reliable relationships within the industry.
Having sourced the right furniture solutions, we are also able to co-ordinate and oversee the delivery and installation if required.
