From here, we can produce plans, visuals and mood boards, which consider your company’s need for flexible space, the functional requirements and the time period that you expect to occupy the building. We’ll also provide recommendations on furniture, fixtures, fittings and finishes.

CAD and construction drawings are produced, as well as 3D and ‘fly-through’ visuals of high-profile areas of the building. We will ‘value-engineer’ the final specification to ensure cost-effective buildability according to agreed quality standards. All of our proposals are fully in-line with current building, planning, disability and energy efficiency directives.
