Due to expansion of their business, Becketts wanted to expand available floorspace, as well as modernise their 1980s style furniture.

The objective was to create a clean, crisp, professional environment, that projected the right message to potential and existing clients who visit the company.

Included in the brief was the need for a layout that decluttered the office and aided the company’s clear desk policy.

On top of managing the project and designing the layout; Optrys provided the knowledge and expertise to help Becketts:

• Source new carpets and furniture
• Ensure a seamless process from start to finish
• Use graphics and branding effectively across the office

Becketts were delighted with their new office, their employees to be given the upgrade to their working areas. This has helped to create more engaged and productive employees.

The office redesign has also had a positive impact on clients, who comment on the welcoming professional layout that goes away from traditional stereotypes. They are also impressed by the murals in the meeting rooms that depict scenes from the local area showcasing the companies history and vision.
